特厚煤层综放开采多次采动影响巷道围岩稳定性研究

Study on the Stability of Roadway Surrounding in Multiple Mining Influence of Sub-level Caving Mining in Extremely Thick Coal Seam

摘要: 针对不连沟煤矿特厚煤层综放开采巷道围岩受采动影响明显的技术难题,运用结构力学理论建立巷道覆岩层结构力学模型,分析巷道在采动影响下围岩的稳定性,得出了上覆岩体在破断后关键块体的下沉解析式。建立了受采动影响巷道三维数值模型,研究巷道围岩的位移变化及塑性区分布,得到了采动影响下巷道围岩的变形和破坏规律。现场实测表明:F6103工作面后方15~25m巷道受到第一次受到采动影响,开采扰动影响变形不大,对巷道围岩稳定性影响较小|F6104工作面后方12.5~30m巷道受到二次采动影响,巷道围岩矿压显现较为剧烈,变形量明显增大。

Abstract: Multi mining effect of roadway surrounding rock has become an urgent problem to be solved in coal mine safety mining under the condition of extra thick coal seam fully mechanized caving mining.According to the technical problem of mining influence in extremely thick coal seam by sub-level caving mining in Buliangou coal mine, using structural mechanics theory to set up the mechanics model of the overburden strata structure and analyze of the stability of surrounding rock under the influence of mining. Get the overlying rock the key block subsidence in the analytical formula of breaking. Three dimensional numerical model was established to study the displacement and plastic zone distribution of surrounding rock, and the deformation and failure law of surrounding rock under mining influence were obtained. Field measurements show: F6103 face rear 15~25m roadway is affected by the first mining effect, and the mining disturbance has little influence on the stability of surrounding rock. F6103 face rear 15~25m roadway is affected by the second mining effect, the rock pressure of the surrounding rock is more severe, and the deformation is obviously increased.
